We have a shared bonus system where all permanent employees receive the same amount, regardless of role or position. The size of the bonus is based on the company´s results deom the previous year and is paid out with the june salary the following year. Just 12 Extra Minutes!
By working an extra 12 minutes each day, employees accumulate 5.5 earned days off, of which 3.5 are pre-scheduled around selected major holidays, and the remaining days can be taken freely according to the employee’s preference.

Our History
Company founded
The company origins from 1759 as a nail manufacturer, but the company as it is today didn't form until 1949 and started out as Lyckeåborgs Bruk.
The start of MCT Brattberg
The factory in Lyckeåborg became the manufacturer of a new product, the MCT Brattberg cable and pipe transit, named after it's inventor Nils Brattberg. The MCT Brattberg system is a modular transit for multiple cables and pipes, primarily used by shipyards and in the construction industry.
Company growth
The new CEO Johan Fagerberg takes over after many loyal years at the company. The modern, innovative, and forward-driving Johan puts MCT Brattberg on the map.
Today
MCT Brattberg today is a market leader in - making life less unpredictable - and is growing in all directions. We continue to deliver with high quality standards, strong innovation, and most importantly, we take care of one another.
Meet our team

In 2024, I joined MCT Brattberg part-time as an Accounting Assistant while also playing ice hockey. During this time, I developed both professionally and personally by combining work and sports. After two years with the company, I took the next step in my career and started my new role as Area Sales Manager Sweden in 2026. The company offers great opportunities for development, training, and internal career growth.

In 2024, I completed my internship at MCT Brattberg , where I had the opportunity to work closely with several parts of the organization and learn, test new ideas, and contribute perspectives from my studies. After completing my education, I was given the opportunity to return as a Production Coordinator. There is a clear drive for progress here, an openness to new ideas, and a strong sense of commitment that makes you feel comfortable, develop professionally, and want to continue growing within the company.

After several years in the workshop, I was given the opportunity to become Quality Manager in 2014 — a step I am very grateful for. Today, I have 10 years of experience in workshop operations and another 10 years as Quality Manager. My journey at MCT Brattberg reflects the strong focus on internal development and the opportunities available for employees to grow within the company.

I started at MCT Brattberg in 2024, straight after graduating high school, which marked the beginning of my first real job and an important milestone in my life. After previously only having small part-time jobs, I now work with assembling life-critical components for products that truly make a difference and help save lives. Together with my team, I handle both standard solutions and customer-specific orders, where quality, precision, and teamwork are at the center of everything we do.
