We have a shared bonus system where all permanent employees receive the same amount, regardless of role or position. The size of the bonus is based on the company´s results deom the previous year and is paid out with the june salary the following year. By working an extra 12 minutes each day, employees accumulate 5.5 earned days off, of which 3.5 are pre-scheduled around selected major holidays, and the remaining days can be taken freely according to the employee’s preference.

Our History
Company founded
The plant in Lyckeåborg became the manufacturer of a new product, the MCT Brattberg cable and pipe transit, named after its inventor Nils Brattberg. The MCT Brattberg system is a modular transit for multiple cables and pipes, primarily used by shipyards and in the construction industry.
World leading
MCT Brattberg is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of cable and pipe transits. It has evolved to become stronger over the years in response to meeting the ever tougher demands on product quality and certification.
Company growth
The new CEO takes office after many loyal years at the company. The modern, innovative, and forward-driving Johan Fagerberg puts MCT Brattberg on the map once again.

2024 började jag på MCT Brattberg på 50 % som ekonomiassistent samtidigt som jag spelade ishockey. Under denna period fick jag möjligheten att utveckla min yrkeskompetens och mycket annat genom att kombinera arbete och idrott. Efter två år på företaget fick jag möjligheten att ta nästa steg i karriären och skridskorna lades på hyllan. 2026 påbörjade jag min nya tjänst som Area Sales Manager Sweden. Företaget är riktig bra på att erbjuda sina anställda utvecklingsmöjligheter, utbildning och möjlighet till interna karriärsteg.

Efter flera år i verkstaden och med växande erfarenhet fick jag 2014 frågan om att ta över rollen som kvalitetschef – en möjlighet jag är väldigt tacksam för. Idag har jag cirka 10 års erfarenhet från verkstadsarbetet och ytterligare 10 år som kvalitetschef. Min resa på MCT Brattberg visar tydligt vilka möjligheter som finns inom företaget. Intern utveckling och interna rekryteringar har alltid varit en viktig del av kulturen här, och det finns goda möjligheter att växa och utvecklas för den som visar engagemang, ansvarstagande och vilja att utvecklas framåt.
